Grandma's Step Stool
This step stool has two steps which pivot up and out of the way for storage. My dad made the full size original in high school woodshop class, and gave it to his mother, who used it for everything from reaching upper cabinets to painting the kitchen ceiling. Now it sits in my brother's shop, covered by years of dripping paint and varnish. Click here for a picture of the original my dad made in the late thirty's.
Approximate Size: 2" high, 1-3/8" wide, 2" deep (opened),
1-1/4" deep (closed)
Wood used: Cherry
Price: $50 United States Currency
